Our cooking classes are a unique experience. We use healthy raw materials, produced mainly by farmers, ranchers and artisans of taste who identify with our values. We teach you not only how to cook, but also how to understand the products you employ in your recipes. Food is much more than nourishment: it is culture, history, passion. We tell you all this in an informal and convivial way. And then, of course, you knead and get your hands dirty. You will be taught how to make fresh pasta. To top it off, you'll eat the tasty dishes you've prepared yourself. All, accompanied by a local wine that we will tell you about and introduce you to.
You will be able to try your hand at:
- Tagliatelle curcuma, thyme and poppy seeds, seasoned with oil and lemon
- Saracen tortelli with peas, feta and mint topped with butter and sage
- Herb ravioli with hazelnut butter
- Tortelloni with chard and potatoes and crispy bacon
